to the continuous filter press treatment mode. The plate filter press operates relatively smoothly and is greatly limited in processing
capacity. The stability of the belt filter press is lower than that of the plate filter, but it has a huge advantage in processing capacity.
The operation and management of the belt filter press is good, and it is agreed that it is not inferior to the stability of the plate! Here
we will solve the problem of belt deviation in the belt filter press:
1. When the current filter belt is normal and the upper filter belt is folded. Adjust the tension pressure of the lower filter belt to micro
pressure or 0, and the tension pressure of the upper filter belt is normal. Manually force the reset to force the upper correction
probe to be in the correct position. Run the belt filter press, and after the upper filter belt passes through the folding area, all
operations will return to the original state. The tension pressure of the upper and lower filter belts will also return to the original
value.
2. When the upper filter belt is normal but the lower filter belt is folded and deviated. Reduce the tension pressure of the upper
filter belt to micro pressure or 0, and the tension pressure of the lower filter belt is normal. Manually force the reset to force the
lower correction probe to be in the correct position. Run the belt filter press, and after the lower filter belt passes through the
folding area, the operating conditions at all places return to their original state. The tension pressure of the upper and lower filter
belts also returns to their original normal values.
3. When both the upper and lower filter belts deviate and one filter belt folds (usually the upper filter belt), first force the upper and
lower filter belts to reset, adjust the tension pressure of the lower filter belt to micro pressure or 0, and the tension pressure of the
upper filter belt is normal. One person forces the upper filter belt correction probe to be in the correction position, and the other
person forces the lower filter belt correction probe to be in the correction position. After running the belt filter press, the upper
filter belt moves forward through the folding area, and the tension pressure of the lower filter belt increases to the normal value.
After the upper and lower filter belts both move to the normal position, all parameters are adjusted to normal.
