Introduction to Embedded High Elastic Diaphragm Filter Plate Products:

The filter plate of a general filter press adopts a combination of a diaphragm filter plate and a box type filter plate. The box type filter plate is a solid structure, and the diaphragm filter plate is composed of a diaphragm and a core plate to form an internal chamber structure.

The diaphragm filter plate is composed of two diaphragms and a core plate. External media (such as water or compressed air) is introduced into the chamber between the core plate and the diaphragms, causing the diaphragms to swell and compress the filter chamber composed of the diaphragm filter plate and the box filter plate, thereby achieving better separation and improving the solid content. The diaphragm is the main moving component, and repeated movement can easily cause deformation and damage to the diaphragm.

The rubber diaphragm filter plate diaphragm is generally embedded in the groove of the core plate, which is easy to disassemble and replace because the rubber diaphragm has high elasticity and is not easily damaged.

Polypropylene filter plate membranes are generally made by integral welding, and membranes made by welding cannot be replaced.
