Introduction to Box Filter Plate Products:

The filter plate is a key device in the water treatment process, playing a dual role in carrying the filter material layer for filtration and backwashing water (gas) distribution in the filter tank. The quality of filter plates, especially their flatness and accuracy, is directly related to the filtered water quality, water volume, and long-term operational benefits of water and sewage plants. The traditional filter water distribution system has high resistance during filtration and backwashing, uneven water distribution, multiple dead water zones, and the filter material is prone to caking and mud accumulation. At the same time, due to local flushing intensity, the supporting layer is loose, resulting in adverse consequences such as sand leakage.

The filter plate is made of reinforced polypropylene material and is molded in one go using technology. The specifications and models of the filter plates produced by our factory are complete, with stable chemical properties, acid and alkali resistance, odorless, smooth surface, high strength, and light weight

Filter plate models: 500, 630, 800, 920, 1000, 1250, 1500, 1600, 2000.

Plate and frame models: 810, 870
