Product Introduction of Screw Pump:

Spiral pump, also known as "screw water pump" or "Archimedean screw pump". A pump that utilizes the rotation of spiral blades to cause water to spiral upwards along the axial direction. Composed of shaft, spiral blades, and casing. When pumping water, place the pump diagonally in the water so that the inclination angle of the pump spindle is smaller than that of the spiral blade, and the lower end of the spiral blade is in contact with the water. When the prime mover drives the screw pump shaft to rotate through a variable speed device, water enters the blades and rises along the spiral flow channel until it flows out. Simple structure, easy manufacturing, high flow rate, low head loss, high efficiency, easy maintenance and repair, but low head, low speed, requiring a variable speed device. Commonly used for irrigation, drainage, and lifting sewage, sludge, and other occasions.

Features of screw pump:

Compared to vane pumps, screw pumps have the following advantages:

1. Low speed (usually between 20r/min and 90r/min), minimal mechanical wear, and no occurrence of cavitation.

2. The flow channel is wide and can transport water containing solids.

3. The pump body structure is semi open, and the operation inside the pump can be observed.

4. The suction side flow state has little impact on hydraulic performance, and there are no special requirements for the suction pool. The foundation excavation depth is small, the construction of hydraulic structures is simple, and the civil engineering cost is low.
