Working principle of PP diaphragm filter press:

1. Open flow non washable models: Ports A, B, C, and D are sealed, without a washing system. When filtering the feed, valve L opens, and the pressure regulating valve adjusts the flow and pressure, and the water nozzle discharges liquid. When pressing, valve 1 is closed, valve 3 is opened, and water is extracted from F for diaphragm pressing. After the pressing is completed, open the reflux valve to discharge the pressing water.

2. Open flow washable model: Ports C and D are sealed tightly. When filtering the feed, valve 1 opens, the pressure regulating valve adjusts the flow and pressure, and the water nozzle opens to discharge liquid; When pressing, valve 1 is closed, valve 3 is opened, and F enters the water for diaphragm pressing. After the pressing is completed, open the reflux valve to discharge the pressing water. When washing, valve 1 is closed and the water nozzle on the washing plate is closed. Open valves 2, 4, and 5, and feed washing water into ports A and B.

3. Undercurrent non washable models: Ports A and B are sealed tightly, and when there is no water outlet or feed, valve l opens and valves 6 and 7 discharge liquid. When pressing, valve l is closed, valve 3 is opened, and F is filled with water for diaphragm pressing. After the pressing is completed, open the reflux valve to discharge the pressing water.

4. Undercurrent washable model: No water nozzle for liquid discharge. When filtering the feed, close valves 4 and 5, open valve 1 for feed, and open valves 6 and 7 for liquid discharge. When pressing, valve 1 is closed, valve 3 is opened, and F enters the water for diaphragm pressing. After the pressing is completed, open the reflux valve to discharge the pressing water. To cross wash, first open valves 2, 4, and 7, close valves 1, 5, and 6, and the washing water enters the washing plate from ports A and C and is discharged from ports B and D. Then close valves 1, 4, and 7, and open valves 2, 5, and 6. The washing water enters the washing plate from ports B and D and is discharged from ports A and C.
